Support Packages

These service packages are for clients who currently choose to handle their own accounting but need assistance with associated tasks.

Our team members are Certified QuickBooks Online experts. You benefit from our knowledge and experience. Support may include web conferences, phone or email support, training materials, links to knowledge bases, investigation of questions/issues that arise, time spent with Intuit support (if needed).

Support Package A:

Schedule Service Overview
Support Package A is designed for business owners looking to grow their knowledge of and skill with QBO or QuickBooks Desktop through training and support. This package our most comprehensive package and includes:​
​
  • Maximum of ten hours per month (or 30 hours per quarter)
  • Web conference, email and phone support for any QBO or QuickBooks related questions or needs that arise
  • Support requests checked daily and responded to within one business day of request
  • One one-hour web training session per week if requested (based on available hours and schedule)

Support Package B:

Schedule Service Overview
Support Package B is designed for business owners looking to grow their knowledge of and skill with QBO or QuickBooks Desktop through training and support on their own schedule (after-hours, weekends, etc.) and who do not need expedited response times.

  • Maximum of eight hours per month (or 24 hours per quarter)
  • Email and phone support for any QBO or QuickBooks related questions or needs that arise
  • Support requests checked two times per week and responded to within two business days of request
  • One one-hour web training session every other week if requested (based on available hours and schedule)

Support Package C:

Schedule Service Overview
Support Package C is designed for business owners on a budget.

  • Maximum of five hours per month (or 15 hours per quarter)
  • Email support only for any QBO or QuickBooks related questions or needs that arise*
  • Support requests checked one time per week and responded to the same week​​

*Hart & Associates team members may choose to initiate a phone-based support session if deemed necessary by us

One-Off Session:

Schedule One-Off Session
If you have a specific issue to discuss that will not require on-going support, please feel free to contact us to schedule a One-Off Session. These sessions includes a maximum of one-hour of support. If additional support is required, one of the Support Packages above will need to be purchased.

Please note: There is a limit of one One-Off Session per client.

Pricing: $150 for one One-Off Session
