Support Packages

These service packages are for clients who currently choose to handle their own accounting but need assistance with associated tasks.

Our team members are Certified QuickBooks Online experts. You benefit from our knowledge and experience. Support may include web conferences, phone or email support, training materials, links to knowledge bases, investigation of questions/issues that arise, time spent with Intuit support (if needed).

Support Package A:
Support Package A  is an on-going support service designed for business owners looking to grow their overall knowledge of and skill with QBO through more intensive and hands-on training and support. 

This package is our most comprehensive package and includes:
  • Maximum of ten hours of support per month (or 30 hours per quarter)
  • Web conference, email and phone support for any QBO related questions or needs that arise
  • Support requests checked daily and responded to within one business day of request
  • Up to three one-hour web training session per week if requested (based on available hours and schedule)

Minimum term of three months required. 

Support Package B:
Support Package B is an on-going support service designed for self-motivated and driven business owners looking to grow their knowledge of and skill with QBO on their own schedule (after-hours, weekends, etc.) and who do not need expedited response times. 

This package is popular with owners who want to stay involved in the financial side of their business but need assistance with fine-tuning their skills. It includes:
  • Maximum of eight hours of support per month (or 24 hours per quarter)
  • Email and phone support for any QBO related questions or needs that arise
  • Support requests checked two times per week and responded to within two business days of request
  • One one-hour web training session every week if requested (based on available hours and schedule)

Minimum term of three months required.

Support Package C:
Support Package C is designed for business owners on a budget. This option includes:
  • Maximum of five hours per month (or 15 hours per quarter)
  • Email support only for any QBO related questions or needs that arise
  • Support requests checked one time per week and responded to the same week

This service does not include any web training. However, our team members may choose to initiate a phone or web-based support session if deemed necessary by us.

Minimum term of three months required.
If you have a specific issue to discuss that will not require on-going support, please feel free to contact us to schedule a One-Off Session. This session includes a maximum of one-hour of support. If additional support is required, one of the Support Packages above will need to be purchased.

Please note: There is a limit of one One-Off Session per client.
