Training PackagesTraining Packages are for clients new to QuickBooks Online who have limited experience with and need training on the software.
Training Packages provide training in a sample company and do not include addressing specific transaction questions (e.g., I can't figure out why my bank account won't reconcile). For support related to specific issues, please check our Support Packages page. Our team members are Certified QuickBooks Online experts. You benefit from our knowledge and experience. Training Packages can be scheduled to match your availability and targeted to focus on subjects of value to you. A maximum of three two-hour training sessions will be scheduled per week. All training will be held via a web conference. A maximum of three attendees for per Package is available.
